This is just a short post so that you can see what a typical Kenyan meal consists of. They usually eat
chapati (the tortillaish food in my hand),
beans,
ugali (not shown; but is of a firm mashed potatoes consistency),
cabbage, and
sekuma (like greens). I have taken a small liking to the beans, but it is going very slowly. I do really like the chapati and the cabbage.
