And the fun never ends

Well, after one of the longest flights and days that I have ever had traveling, I made it to Paris last night -- Monday (July 9). Well, the Virgin Atlantic flight from Nairobi was delayed over an hour due to a deiscrepency with luggage. Then we were in a holding pattern over London for about thirty minutes. And I was supposed to catch a 5 pm flight to Paris. That was a dream. By the time I arrived at the correct terminal, it was 5pm, so I got rebooked on the 7 pm flight, which also left about an hour late due to delays earlier because of weather. To top things off, I did not get my luggage, PRAY that it is sent today. So I went to take the train into Paris from the airport and the main station that I take was closed, so I had to go around to the other one. Then there were less trains, but I eventually made it to my youth hostel at 12:30am, on Tuesday. I was super tired. I slept in my clothes and am now looking for a jacket because it is cold. Fun. I will get to see my friend tonight. I pray you are all doing well. PS: I got my luggage the next night (Tuesday) and nothing is missing.
