Sad, but true

So recently, I have been really looking at the political cartoons that are in one of the Kenyan newspapers (the "Nation"). Now that the two sides have struck a deal, Kofi Annan left the country and things are supposed to be getting back to normal. I just saw the cartoon and see how true it is. There have been many people that died due to the political situation. You tell me what you think of the picture.
