Signed, sealed, delivered

As of yesterday at 4pm, there has been a signed deal that would allow Kenya to have a Prime Minister position. This will help to being peace back to Kenya by giving each side of the two parties have a prominent position in the government. Although this was signed, they still need to make it law.
